SRPs – The Heart of the Co-op

SRP Points are the lifeblood of the Mastermind Alliance economy. They function as our internal reward currency—designed to provide every member with both immediate value and long-term growth. Each SRP is securely tracked in your SRP Point Ledger  and can be used as Spending Points for instant rewards or Accumulation Points for compounding benefits.

• SRP Points are the internal reward currency of MA.

• 1 SRP (Point) represents 1 unit of internal participation unit, which may be applied toward eligible co-op member benefits as determined by the Board.

• Points are tracked in each member’s SRP Point Ledgers.

• Note: SRPs have value inside the system but are not equivalent to U.S. dollars.

SRP Spending Points Program

1. Redemption of Spending Points

• Spending Points may be redeemed by receiving gift cards usable through the MA Gift Store.

2. Conversion of Spending Points

• Spending Points (SRPs) may be converted into Accumulation Points at a 2:1 value.
  ( 2 Spending Points = 1 Accumulation Point )

SRP Accumulation Points Program

1. Conversion of Accumulation Points

• Accumulation Points (SRPs) may be converted into Spending Points at a 1:1 value.
  (1 Accumulation Point = 1 Dollar Value of Spending Points)
• Conversion may be requested at any time, subject to program rules.

2. Standard SRP Accumulation Ledger
   Members may allocate SRPs into a dedicated Standard SRP Accumulation Ledger (separate from the General Accumulation Points Ledger). Below are the two programs a member may participate in:

Program 1:  Nine-Year Board-Approved Capital Redemption Program.

Program 2: Perpetual SRP Accumulation & Assured-Eligibility Loan Program.

• Term Options: Board approved Capital Redemption Schedule
• Minimum Requirement: 1,000 SRPs to open and 2000 SRPs for Loan Program 2
• Add more SRPs anytime through the member dashboard (after meeting the 1,000 SRP minimum)
• Steady annual SRP accumulation
• Residual Capital balance continues accumulation – NOTE: The residual capital credit amount remains recorded in the Member’s Accumulation Ledger and continues to accumulate program-based allocations in accordance with Board-approved policies.
• Flexible & Variable Rates:  These are Board declared and allocated annual Patronage percentage rates to member’s allocated capital account.
• Fixed Term: Nine Year Redemption Program or Fixed Loan Duration based on Loan size.
• Loan Access: Borrow up to 50% of your Accumulation Points value in dollars.
• Repayment Terms: Loan repayment follows the same % interest rate you locked into when opening the account

Assured- Eligibility Loan Program

• Borrow up to 50% of your original SRP Accumulation Ledger (minimum 2,000 SRPs)
• Find your Patronage rate (Set by Co-op Board): 0%-12% Loan (repay principal + interest)
• Loan interest rate matches your level of activity based on Board assigned Tier(s)
• Loan interest is credited back into your own SRP Ledger
• Board approved access to funds
• Flexible borrowing terms (0% to 12%)
• Keeps your SRPs growing while still giving you liquidity

Assured-Eligibility Loan Program & Participation Structure

• Participation requires enrollment in the Perpetual SRP Accumulation Ledger
• The interest rate assigned for the Perpetual SRP Accumulation is determined by The Board and Tier assignment.

Examples

• 0% Loan: Repay principal only back into your Perpetual SRP Accumulation Ledger
• 12% Loan: Repay principal + 12% interest (interest credited to your SRP Accumulation Ledger) Loan Interest Rate: Tied directly to your Perpetual SRP Accumulation Ledger

• Program Requirement: SRPs are non-redeemable during the loan period. Withdrawals are not permitted.
• Assured Eligibility Access: After accumulating a minimum amount of 2,000 SRPs, you are eligible for the Loan Program.

Notes

• Once a loan is drawn, repayment schedules override other redemption options until the loan is repaid.
• Interest is credited as SRP Accumulation Points by Mastermind Alliance
• Loan repayments (principal + interest) return to the member’s own SRP Accumulation Ledger
• Mastermind Alliance manages Loan accounts but does not assume risk of unpaid loans.
• Defaulting members have a 30-day grace period to make payment. After that, they forfeit any remaining SRP Accumulation Points balance in their Perpetual SRP Accumulation Points Ledger. It is recommended that members sign up for automatic loan payments in order to avoid unnecessary default of loan payments.

• Withdrawals from the Perpetual SRP Accumulation Ledger are not permitted.
• Program rates, terms, and structures may change without notice.
• Participation constitutes agreement to these rules.

NOTE: All Bonus Point percentages are paid out according to the membership level of the sponsor on the amount of new Spending Points added to the referred members account.
