MA Referral Program Outline: Earnings and Utilization

1. Program Overview

• The MA Referral Program rewards members with commissions for bringing in new members.
• Commissions are earned in the form of SRP Points (Super Rewards Points), which hold real value within the MA ecosystem.

2. Earning Commissions

• Members earn SRP Points for each successful referral.
• The amount of SRPs earned depends on the referring member’s level in the program:
  • Level 1 – Steel Star: 12% SRP of Referred member’s Spending Points
  • Level 2 – Bronze Star: 25% SRP of Referred member’s Spending Points
  • Level 3 – Silver Star: 35% SRP of Referred member’s Spending Points
  • Level 4 – Gold Star: 50% SRP of Referred member’s Spending Points
  •  Level 5 – Platinum Star: 50% SRP of Referred member’s Spending Points+ participation in the Platinum Bonus Pool

3. SRP Points: What They Are

• SRP Points are the internal reward currency of MA.
• 1 SRP Point = A designated monetary value set by the program (e.g., $1).
• Points are tracked in a member’s SRP Point Bank.

4. Utilization of Commissions

Members can use SRP Points in two main ways:

1. Add to Point Bank (Reinvestment Option)

• Members may store SRP Points in their Point Bank for:
  • Access to MA services or premium content
  • Entry into future member-exclusive programs, campaigns, or products
  • Gifting or supporting other members in the network
  • Future conversion to higher-value opportunities (e.g., digital assets or equity perks)

1. Receive as Commission Check (Cash Out Option)

• Members may choose to convert SRP Points into cash payouts:
  • Payouts are processed as commission checks on a recurring basis each month
  • A minimum threshold (e.g., 100 SRP) may be required for cash conversion
  • Applicable tax forms and reporting may be required

5. Member Dashboard & Management Tools

• Each member will have access to a Referral Dashboard:
  • Track referrals and earnings as they accrue
  • Monitor SRP accumulation and usage
  • Choose preferred payout method (bank, check, reinvest)

6. Summary of Benefits

• Members enjoy a flexible system of earning and utilizing income.
• SRPs ensure a secure, accountable reward mechanism.
• Members are empowered to build income streams while contributing to MA’s mission of revolutionizing the 7 Pillars of society.
